This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop their conveyancing career within a supportive, quality‑focused environment. You will work under the close supervision and guidance of a Senior Associate Solicitor, with structured support to help you build confidence, technical ability, and strong client relationships.

As a Quotes and Onboarding Executive, you will play a vital front‑line role within our Residential Property department. You will be responsible for managing new property enquiries, issuing accurate and timely quotations, and ensuring clients are smoothly onboarded at the start of their transaction.

We are looking for someone who is:

• A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with strong experience in residential property.
• Familiar with CQS requirements and able to undertake structured file reviews.
• Flexible, organised and able to step in to support colleagues when needed.
• A strong communicator who takes pride in delivering excellent client care.
• Comfortable with case management systems and modern conveyancing processes.
