We are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join and help shape our Colchester office. This is a key strategic role for a senior practitioner who enjoys handling a broad range of residential property matters while also mentoring the next generation and contributing to the continued evolution of a modern conveyancing practice.

You will be supported by a dedicated Trainee Solicitor and Solicitor Apprentice, alongside centralised administrative, quotes, and post-completion teams, allowing you to focus on fee earning, supervision, quality, and development rather than routine process work.

You will work closely with the Managing Partner and other senior colleagues to help reshape and strengthen the conveyancing department in line with technology, process improvement, and scale, making this an excellent role for someone who enjoys building as well as delivering.
