This is an exciting opportunity to become the third conveyancing fee earner in a busy and expanding office, supported by a respected multi-office Essex law firm with a strong reputation for client service and quality legal advice.

Job Description
About the Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with a broad range of matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Registered and unregistered land
You will be supported by experienced colleagues, modern case management systems, dedicated compliance resources and a substantial flow of quality work generated through the firm’s established introducer relationships and marketing activities.

The successful candidate will:
- Have experience running a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
