Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and statements of case
-
Manage case files and maintain accurate records in both electronic and hard copy formats

Assist with document production, indexing, and organising exhibits

Coordinate scheduling for meetings and court appearances
-
File documents with courts
-
Maintain calendars and ensure deadlines are met

Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
Requirements:

Prior experience as a litigation legal assistant preferred
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
