Job Description
Full-time solicitor with minimum 12 months PQE to undertake litigation dispute resolution matters, primarily for North Essex and based at either our Sudbury, Colchester, Clacton, or Halstead offices.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to work for a very successful and growing Practice.
You will have individual and corporate clients and practice in a diverse and interesting spectrum of work, including contractual disputes, debt recovery, bankruptcy, residential and commercial Landlord and Tenant, TOLATA claims, contentious probate and Inheritance Act claims, professional negligence, neighbour disputes and more.
