COLCHESTER-ESSEX Civil Litigation/Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Position: Permanent, Full Time.

We are seeking a litigation solicitor for our Colchester office to expand our existing friendly litigation department.

You will ideally be a litigation solicitor with around 2-5 years’ PQE that should include the full range of commercial, civil and property litigation matters. Your experience should include contract disputes, debt recovery, contested probate, landlord and tenant disputes, licensed property disputes, professional negligence and contested forfeiture proceedings. We do not deal with personal injury.
