Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and statements of case

  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records in both electronic and hard copy formats

  • Assist with document production, indexing, and organising exhibits

  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings and court appearances

  • File documents with courts

  • Maintain calendars and ensure deadlines are met

  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a litigation legal assistant preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
