Job Description
Work shall include a diverse range of commercial property matters, including advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, development projects, asset purchases and TUPE regulations. Other work includes advising on settlement agreements and problems in the workplace, from grievances through to representation at the employment tribunal.
The role is as described above, and responsibilities shall include supervising both a trainee and a 1–2-year PQE solicitor within the department.
