Litigation Solicitor

Job Description

Full-time solicitor with minimum 18 months PQE to undertake litigation dispute resolution matters, primarily for North Essex and based at either our Colchester Clacton or Halstead offices.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to work for a very successful, substantial and growing Essex practice.

The team will consist of three full-time solicitors/partners and three trainee solicitors/paralegals

You will have individual and corporate clients and practice in a diverse and interesting spectrum of work, including contractual disputes, residential and commercial  landlord and tenant matters TOLATA claims, contentious probates and inheritance act claims, professional negligence, neighbour disputes and more.

Cross support and guidance is provided by other team members in other parts of the county.
