The A5 flyer advertising the 15% Introductory Offer may be treated as a coupon. The coupon has no cash or equivalent redemption value. Unless otherwise stated it can only be redeemed once when presented to a Partner or employee of Kew Law LLP simultaneously with your written instructions to engage Kew Law LLP in legal services on your behalf (i.e. the return of your signed Terms and Conditions of Business). The coupon relates to the solicitors fees quoted for acting for you only NOT third party costs, search fees or disbursements. Coupons received after the expiry date noted on the coupon or after you have already signed and returned our Terms of Business will not be accepted. Only one coupon can be redeemed. For the avoidance of doubt, if you have received a quote for a sale and purchase, the coupon will only be redeemed against the solicitors fees of either the sale or purchase transaction, whichever is the lowest quoted fee. This coupon cannot be redeemed where you have been referred to us by a third party where a referral fee arrangement is in place. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer.
